When you complete our questionnaire, we collect:
- Your name and email address (to deliver your plan and follow up if you choose).
- Demographic details (such as gender, age group, location, and employment situation).
- Lifestyle and wellbeing details (such as daily structure, sleep times, energy/focus levels, habits, routines, commitments, goals, and preferences).
We do not collect payment details at this stage.
2. How we use your information
We only use your data to:
- Generate your personalised routine roadmap.
- Deliver your plan in the format you’ve requested.
- Provide optional follow-up support (if you consent).
We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
3. Legal basis for processing
We process your data based on your explicit consent, which you provide by ticking the consent box in our questionnaire.
4. How long we keep your data
- We store questionnaire responses for up to 6 months to allow you to revisit your plan.
- If you request deletion earlier, we will remove all personal data within 14 days.
5. Your rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you.
- Request corrections or updates.
- Request deletion of your data.
- Withdraw your consent at any time.
