    We use AI tools to help generate your personalised routine. Every plan is based on the answers you provide, and we review submissions to ensure quality and relevance. Within 48 hours, you'll receive an initial personalised plan, tailored to your lifestyle
  3. Track and adjust
    After the first week, we’ll jump on a 1-to-1 Zoom meeting to review your progress and tweak your plan as needed
